Terms and Conditions for Mobile Hair Appointments with The Snobb

These terms and conditions govern all mobile hair appointment bookings with The Snobb. By confirming a booking, the client agrees to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking Confirmation and Deposit

1.1. Booking Requirement: All appointments must be secured via our official online booking system. 1.2. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £60 GBP is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment date and time. 1.3. Deduction: The £60 GBP deposit will be automatically deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment. 1.4. Cancellation: If the client cancels the appointment, the deposit is forfeited. Please refer to Section 3 (Cancellations and Rescheduling) for full policy details.

2. Service Rates and Fees

2.1. Service Costs: Full service rates will be provided upon request via our customer service channels (WhatsApp: +447809350686 or Email: info@thesnobbstylist.studio). 2.2. Travel Fees: A separate mobile travel fee will be assessed based on the client's location. This fee covers the stylist's travel time and costs and will be confirmed at the time of booking. 2.3. Parking/Tolls: Any unavoidable parking fees, valet charges, or road tolls incurred by the stylist while traveling to or servicing the appointment location will be added to the client's final bill.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

3.1. Client Cancellation: Should the client need to cancel, the £60 GBP deposit is non-refundable. * Notice: If the client provides less than 48 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling, the client will be charged 50% of the total service fee in addition to the lost deposit. 3.2. Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled once, provided the client gives a minimum of 72 hours' notice. If rescheduled with sufficient notice, the original deposit may be transferred to the new appointment date. 3.3. Stylist Cancellation: In the unlikely event The Snobb must cancel the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, the full deposit will be refunded, or the appointment will be rescheduled at the client’s preference.

4. Appointment Location Requirements

4.1. Space: The client is responsible for providing a clean, safe, and well-lit area for the stylist to work, with access to a nearby electrical outlet. 4.2. Water Access: Access to a wash basin with hot and cold running water (for washing, rinsing, etc.) must be provided for services that require a wash. 4.3. Distractions: To ensure the highest quality service, the stylist asks that the styling area be kept free from excessive noise, distractions, and unauthorised personnel during the appointment.

5. Timeliness

5.1. Client Punctuality: If the client is not ready at the agreed-upon appointment time (e.g., hair is not prepared, space is not ready), a late fee of £1 per minute may be charged starting 15 minutes past the scheduled time. If the delay exceeds 30 minutes, The Snobb reserves the right to cancel the appointment, resulting in the forfeiture of the deposit and the cancellation fee (Section 3.1). 5.2. Stylist Punctuality: The stylist endeavors to be punctual. Should they be delayed due to unforeseen traffic or circumstances, the client will be notified immediately.

6. Payment
